Policies

  • Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. 
  • BALMY SOL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

How to do size exchange: 

  • For size exchange please mail us at support@balmysol.com  with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Mail subject line should have ‘EXCHANGE – name – order number’
  • You would have to bear one side reverse-facility charge of 100
  • Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.
  • We only send the exchanged package free of cost once post that there would be an additional charge of 100.

Damages & Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. 
  • If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.
